With over 20 years of experience in the food service industry she soffered catering and event planning dedicated to setting a high standard of service. If you need a Professional Personal Traveling Chef Pebbles Catering & Event Design is available to travel to your location or travel with you to any location near or far. We will diligently work with you to customize your menu, shop, set up and prepare your menu on site all while you relax and enjoy it all creating a memorable event for all who attend.

In 2020 with the onset of the COVID-19 Pandemic and her catering and events coming to a standstill, Keisha was led to start feeding the public for FREE at her business location and partnered with local churches to provide hot meals to Brevard residents in need. It was named Christ Over Crisis and supported only by generous donations. Making an impact in the community everyone loved her food she decided to open Pebbles at the Plaza Restaurant & Banquet Hall to offer her cuisine on a regular basis to patrons.

During the height of the Covid Crisis Pebbles Catering prepared meals for close to 200,000 people in Brevard County. Answering a calling with a mission to feed those families affected and for those less fortunate and the homeless in need of hot meals in Brevard.

Keisha Barrant

CULINARY CREATIONS & CLASSIC DESIGN

Keisha Barrant was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Jamaica, where she began learning the art of cooking at the age of eight by her grandmother's side. Keisha and her family moved to Florida in 1991 settling in Palm Bay where as a single mother she has raised three children and is the proud grandmother of a very active grandson. Keisha began her love of planning and catering events in Palm Bay by coordinating and catering local outdoor community events for over 14 years.

Keisha is proficient in all types of cuisine with a specialty in her native Caribbean dishes. Keisha has owned restaurants in Palm Bay in the past, and now has a passion to continue her beginnings of planning and catering all type of events from small intimate gatherings to extravagant galas and everything in between. Keisha opened Pebbles Catering & Event Design in Cocoa in May of 2015. This location has an onsite Banquet Hall that will accommodate parties of 80 to 100. Pebbles Catering & Event Design has added Rentals to their services and has everything you would need for a DIY event. Keisha is always ready to help and has the expertise to help you achieve a successful event that will be remembered for years to come.
